Creswell – The City of Creswell has Chinese food!
Owner Jenny Gong searched for a location earnestly after selling her ownership in another restaurant in Oregon. Creswell was the choice due to the proximity to I-5, the location next to a motel (Best Western) and there was no other Chinese restaurant in town.
Since the opening on August 7th, “we have been very busy”, Jenny states. Jenny who is a local resident seems very pleased with the response of the community to her new endeavor.
“The Combination Plate is the most popular item on the menu”, Gong states whose personal favorite dish is “Chow Fun” because she likes veggies.
With over 100 items on the menu, diners are able to find something to their liking. China Wok which has Creswellians trying and dining at the new restaurant also includes “take-out” which comprises a large part of the restaurants business. So, dine-in or take-out Chinese is another option available to Creswell and many of those traveling on I-5.
