CRESWELL - Our story began in 1980 in an older warehouse just south of our current location. We started business as I-5 Tire Sales and Service, an independent and locally owned business, Bill Spencer states. In 1995 they joined the Tire Factory Group, a group of independent tire dealers who joined together to form a larger organization to help better serve our customers. The purchasing and marketing benefits of being in the Tire Factory Group allows us to pass on to you volume discount savings and to provide warranty service while you travel (there are over 180 stores in 11 western states).
"In 2000 we made the decision to construct a new facility which has enabled I-5 Tire Factory to bring the best possible service to the residents of Creswell," Spencer adds. Our new facility, which includes a quick lube, makes it possible for us to meet the needs of our customers and to provide the quality service you deserve. Along with their commitment to servicing your vehicle we are committed to your comfort while waiting. "We take pride in our clean restroom and waiting area and our waiting area provides a viewing window so that you may watch while your vehicle is being serviced in the Quick Lube," Spener states confidently. Customers can enjoy a cup of coffee and a bag of popcorn while reading many of the periodicals within reach. (No outdated magazines like the doctor's office!)
Over 2 decades later owners Rory Tyler, Bill Spencer and Mike Newman are still here. They are committed to providing the best service possible to you the customer and continue their commitment to our schools and community as the top priority. When you come through our doors you will most likely be greeted by one of the owners.
