Creswell, Oregon – November, 2004 was the Creswell, Oregon opening of Finest Detail by sole owner Calvin T. Wells.
”Working with individuals is a lot more rewarding,” Calvin says after spending many years filling contract work from major car dealerships in the Eugene, Oregon area. “Dealerships tend to nickel & dime you,” Calvin goes on to say with a sense of relief in his voice that he no longer has to deal with that anymore.
Finest Detail now works with individual owners “which really appreciate the extra mile we go for them,” Wells states. “I have been really happy with the referrals that I have been getting from some of the local businesses here in Creswell,” Calvin states with pride. Although disappointed the business has not expanded more, he is very happy to be here a year later in a small town he loves to be in, that being Creswell, of course.
Calvin points out individuals are more receptive to detailing because it helps retain value of the vehicle; helps prevent oxidation in the winter, and maintaining the appearance gives daily satisfaction.
