CRESWELL – Hot Shots Coffee, located at the former Curtis Coffee location might appear to be the same business due to the continual presence of the new owner Adrienne Lewis who purchased the business from Brandi Curtis. “I bought myself a job,” Lewis states.
Adrienne a recent U of O grad (minor – Business), Creswell High School Cheerleader, Mr. Bulldog Pageant Coordinator is now steering the ship of her new business, Hot Shots Coffee having just joined the Creswell Chamber of Commerce.
With an opening on March 1st, 2007 it seems Adrienne has been a fixture at the business having worked at the same location for the last four years, “I worked here the entire time I attended the U of O,” Lewis states with her ever present smile.
“The regulars have accepted the change easily and there are several new people a day,” states Lewis on how the transition has been. “I have a passion for coffee,” who starts to outline the hundreds of different combinations available at her place of business.
Hot Shots purchases their coffee from Cascade Estates Coffee who roasts daily to make sure their customers get only the “freshest” coffee, according to Lewis.
Lewis enjoys working in a small town which allows her to talk to the regulars, “Who sometimes don’t buy coffee,” although exuberant about the opportunity to meet so many people, admitting that her working seven days a week leaves the business her social connection.
“Hot Shots all over,” is kind of a fuzzy objective, pleased with the current location, and the marketing possibilities left to accomplish.
