“Perfect Timing”

CRESWELL – Eugene resident and new owner of Old Time Scoops states it was “Perfect Timing” when she saw a business for sale on Craigs List.
There was a little trepidation in her decision with a smaller town, commute, and time of year all in front of her…still she proceeded with her purchase on November 17th, moving on the opportunity.
“I have always wanted an Ice Cream Shop,” Hernandez says smiling, “Everyone seems happy with Ice Cream”.
Plans include, “Keeping it mostly the same,” although she Sandwiches, Coffee, Fine Pastries, will be added and Hernandez will reintroduce, “Good Soup”.
Due to the time of the year, Hernandez is almost... the sole employee, and “Looks forward to hiring more locals,” in addition to the three presently on the payroll.
Although somewhat disappointed that only two locals (Business) have introduced themselves since her virtual full time occupation of the shop, but has been encouraged by the friendliness of her customers.
“Established customers seem happy Old Time Scoops is staying where it is,” Hernandez closes.
